Frequently Asked Questions
- Why am I not seeing task reminders in the app?
- SchedEase adds reminders directly to your iOS Calendar app. Please open Calendar and check that the event appears at the correct date and time.
- Ensure Calendar access is granted in Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars.
- Why won’t my widget refresh or shows outdated data?
- If the Home Screen widget displays old information, remove it and add a fresh SchedEase widget:
- Long‑press any widget and tap Remove Widget.
- Tap and hold on the Home Screen, then tap +, search for “SchedEase,” and add the widget again.
- Can I back up or migrate my task data?
- At this time, SchedEase does not provide a data export or migration feature. All data is stored locally and cannot be transferred between devices.
- How can I find my SchedEase version?
- The current version number is displayed on the App Store listing under Version History. Please check the App Store page for SchedEase to confirm your installed version.
- How do I report a bug or suggest a new feature?
- Use one of the following email subject formats:
- [Bug] – Brief description of the issue
- [Suggestion] – Feature request or improvement idea
- In your email, include:
- Your iOS version (e.g., iOS 17.4)
- Steps to reproduce the issue or use case for your suggestion
- Any relevant screenshots
